Shane Stone AC,PGDK,QC
(Chairman)

Shane Stone has at various times acted as a non executive independent director to various public and private companies. In his public life Shane formerly served as Chief Minister of the Northern Territory and Federal President of the Liberal Party of Australia. 

Shane was a barrister prior to his entry into politics. Shane is a graduate of ANU; Sturt, Adelaide and Melbourne Universities. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Australian College of Education and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He was made a Companion of the Order of Australia in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2006. He has also been conferred national awards from Indonesia and Malaysia.

Mr Stone is a member of the Board's Audit and Risk Committee, member of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration and chairman of the Share Trading Committee.  

Nicholas Burn
(Chief Executive Officer)

Nick Burn has 25 years geological experience including extensive uranium and gold exploration and development work in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia. His experience includes managing the exploration and pre-feasibility study of the Bigrlyi uranium deposit and the discovery of a number of other uranium resources.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientist with a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree from the University of Adelaide, SA. His Honours thesis was on the palaeochannel hosted uranium mineralisation, north-western Eyre Peninsula, SA. Mr Burn has qualified for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Charles Sturt University NSW and is a member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors.

Richard Lockwood

Richard Lockwood is a funds manager with over 30 years experience in global mining investment and stock broking.  Richard is the manager of three London mining investment funds and founded New City Investment Managers (NCIM Limited), an London based organisation established in 2004 to provide specialist fund management services to investor.

Robert Pett BA(Hons), MA(Econ), FAICD, Minerals Economist

Robert Pett is a minerals economist with over 27 years' experience in exploration and mining of gold and other metals.  During that period he has overseen the successful exploration, development, operation and financing of more than ten mining projects worldwide.  This includes gold and nickel mines in Australia and gold mines in East and West Africa, a number evolving from grass roots discovery, as well as numerous exploration projects.  He holds a Masters Degree from Queens University Canada. 

Ian Murchison

Ian Murchison is an Investment Director and a founding shareholder of Perth based private equity fund manager Foundation Capital. Foundation Capital was established in 1994 and has invested institutional funds of over $125M primarily in Western Australia. Ian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and was a founding partner of Sothertons Chartered Accountants. Ian is a director and shareholder of Regalpoint, and a director of the ASX listed TFS Corporation Ltd.

Mr Murchison is a member of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee, a member of the Share Trading Committee and chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.  

Simon Trevisan  BEc, Llb (Hons), MBT

Simon Trevisan has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Law (UWA) and a Masters Degree in Business and Technology from the University of New South Wales. He initially practised as a solicitor with Allens Arthur Robinson Legal Group firm, Parker and Parker, in the corporate and natural resources divisions and later acted as General Counsel to a group of public companies involved in oil & gas and mining sector.

Simon has been involved in the promotion and management of a number of public companies over the past 11 years, including a four year spell as Executive Chairman of ASX listed gold explorer Aurex Consolidated Ltd. In that role Simon Trevisan oversaw the recapitalisation of the company and its eventual merger with TerraGold Mining Ltd.

Simon has extensive experience with the commercial and legal aspects of debt and equity fund raising for oil & gas and mineral projects. He has been extensively involved both as an adviser and principal over the past 15 years in numerous resources projects.

Mr Trevisan is a member of the Board's Audit and Risk Committee, a member of the Share Trading Committee and chairman of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Fleur Hudson BA, LLB, LLM(Disp. Res.)

Fleur Hudson has a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees. Fleur has been a director of Transcontinental Group since 2009 and was appointed as company secretary of Regalpoint Resources Limited in 2010. Prior to that, Fleur has practiced as a solicitor with international law firms in Perth and in London since 1998. As a solicitor, Fleur has advised large national and international companies with respects to a variety of civil construction, infrastructure and commercial issues.
