The offer
The prospectus contains details of an offer of 25,000,000 shares in Regalpoint Resources Limited at an issue price of 20 cents each to raise $5,000,000 and 31,250,000 free Attaching Options to subscribe for further Shares exercisable at 20 cents and expiring 31 March 2014, to be offered on the basis of five Attaching Options for every four Shares subscribed pursuant to the Offer.
